We have a Molding Support Group within our Technical Research Department, which provides support for everything from mold design, material selection, and molding conditions, to molding sample production and evaluation. This system enables us to respond to our customers’ needs in a short period of time. We hope you will take advantage of this system.
It can be molded, but the screw and cylinder will wear out quickly unless it is a wear-resistant screw/cylinder. Also, anisotropic materials must be oriented with a magnetic circuit in the mold. There is also a magnetic field molding machine that can control the magnetic field during injection by pre-embedding a coil in the tie bar.

Samples can be fabricated by machining from various types of cutting base materials. We can also fabricate prototype molds with a short lead time and produce molding samples (non-free).
We have a variety of analytical instruments such as thermal analysis and SEM. We can analyze foreign substances in molded products and identify resins.
Magnetic measurement in circumferential and axial directions is possible with a magnet analyzer. Data can be provided in Excel or other data. We can also introduce you to manufacturers of magnetic measuring instruments, etc.
